2017 Portland Golf Show

I hope many of you had a chance to visit our booth at the Portland Golf Show! Don’t forget in your goodie bag we provided you a complimentary round here at Claremont that does not expire til the end of the year! We did this because we want you to be able to experience our course when it is in it’s BEST condition! We look forward to seeing all of you this summer. Bring a friend and come out and play 9 holes!

Winter Golf is here

Winter golf is here

What’s something everyone does in the winter to keep their golf skills sharp in the offseason? I personally have a hitting net and matt I store in my garage. I like to hit about 50-100 balls a night. I go through all of my clubs. I use my spare set in the garage. I start with my wedges and work my way up to the driver if I have enough time. If I’m pressed for time I’ll skip a club. 9 iron, 7 iron 5 iron 3 iron… Some are good and some are bad but the idea is to keep swinging
